Proceeds from all purchases from collectors go directly back into the Map project - whether it be materials like paint, pastes, printers, ink, computers or for exhibitions and mounting materials.
All original Map panels contain unique modifications of varying degrees. When I create a new panel extending the perimeter of the Map, it begins as a “Generation I” panel. This panel is 100% original work comprised of mixed media and acrylic paint. Later, when a card is drawn to further modify this panel, it is copied and reprinted before new changes are made on the newly printed reproduction. The “old” panel is then retired, and moved to an exhibition set for display.
On the backside of each panel is a dated stamp indicating the instances the individual panel was exhibited.
All available prints are inkjet reproductions of original panels made from scans. They are printed on high quality cardstock and signed and dated.
Poster prints are an illustration of the latest rendition of the entire map. Each print is a limited edition inkjet print on heavy paper and is sized 24 by 30 inches.
